How the Burbank Chamber modernized for a new generation of members.
The Burbank Chamber is the hub of the city's business community — nearly every local owner, entrepreneur, and civic leader passes through its doors. But the brand, website, and communications weren't keeping pace with the community it served. Member content was underutilized, social channels felt disconnected from the site, and there was no unified voice carrying the Chamber's identity across touchpoints. A fresh, cohesive presence was needed to match the Chamber's ambition.
We partnered with CEO Jamie Keyser Thomas to rebuild the Chamber's presence end to end — a new identity, a new website, a recurring marketing and social program, print and event collateral, and member engagement materials built on our GrowFlow framework. Instead of one-off deliverables, we set up a compounding system: weekly cadence, consistent visual language, and content that amplifies members as much as it promotes the Chamber itself.
A cohesive brand system that carries from the website to every social post, email, and flyer. Member highlights are tracking well. Social engagement got what Jamie called a "BIG hit." Marketing and promotional strategies have been elevated across the board — and the partnership continues as an active, multi-phase retainer.
The Chamber went from scattered communications to a unified, modern brand — and stayed.
Five channels. One system.
"Media City Design has been instrumental in helping the Chamber elevate our marketing and social media game. The content is fresh with a cohesive look and feel that aligns with our brand and website. The social media boost is a BIG hit and member highlights are tracking well."
